Based on the recommendation of a family member who lives in Lincoln, my stay at the hotel was magnificent. The rooms were nice and spacious. The service was nice and helpful, catering well to our large group needs, although some staff could be rude and condescending. The location was perfect, with amenities like shops and pet facilities nearby, but there were signs of long-term damage due to heavy rain. The dining experience, particularly in the morning, was delicious. Overall, the hotel provided for my needs during a very long week.
